The Munich agency has always worked internationally since its beginnings — whether on mandates for the European Patent Office, long-standing engagements from the USA, or in cooperation with other agencies within large European PR networks. We have now served clients from 15 countries in the PR and event field and are always delighted to receive engagements from abroad, because they also broaden our horizon with valuable insights.
Can the agency also be booked ad hoc, for example for a single press release?
Media relations is very much a trust business and thrives on established contacts. Journalists have specific interests and receive regular updates from us on our clients‘ projects and plans. That is why our PR mandates are generally designed for the long term, in order to anchor brand and company durably and trustfully within the media landscape. We therefore only take on ad-hoc projects in crisis communication and for event engagements.
Can’t media relations simply be left to artificial intelligence these days?
AI solutions offer enormous support in press and media work — whether in research or in creating content. They undoubtedly make our business faster, but of course they do not replace an agency’s media network, the instinct for topics, individually tailored messaging or decades of experience. Journalists already receive hundreds to thousands of emails a day — an automated process does not help messages reach the right recipient and trigger the desired response.
